The Oliver Peoples Edition 1 sunglasses are born from a collaboration with Jil Sander and introduce an unexpected triangular silhouette, defined by angular lines and modernist precision. Vintage-inspired proportions are reinterpreted through an essential and sculptural design.
The gold-colored titanium frame combines lightness and structural refinement. The sculpted, tapered rim meets temples with a characteristic pinched design, completed by voluminous temple tips and vintage-inspired adjustable nose pads.
The Carbon Grey mineral glass lenses feature a deep grey hue developed in harmony with the frame. An anti-reflective coating and 100% UVA/UVB protection complete a construction where optical quality and aesthetic precision coexist naturally.

You're about to choose your new glasses, and you're wondering: what's the perfect size? This is an important consideration, especially if you're thinking of buying them online without being able to try them on first. Here you'll find the answer, whether you already have a frame but don't know the size, or if you're starting from scratch.
How to read eyewear size
If you already have a pair of sunglasses or prescription glasses and want to know the size, check the inside of the temple arm.
The three numbers you see correspond to the lens width, bridge width, and temple length.
The lens width is also called the caliper and corresponds to the size of your glasses.
The bridge measurement refers to the part of the frame that rests on the nose and connects the lenses.
The temple is measured in its entirety, from the tip that rests behind the ear to the joint with the front of the glasses.
Good to know: these three measurements are expressed in millimeters.

A credit card or a similar-sized piece of cardboard
How to find your size
Place the long side of the card in the center of your nose, align the short side with your eye, and look in the mirror.
SMALL SIZE
(up to 47)
If the edge of the card goes beyond the outer corner of your eye, choose a small size of glasses, no larger than 47.
MEDIUM SIZE
(from 48 to 51)
If it aligns with the outer corner of your eye, opt for a medium size, from 48 to 51.
LARGE SIZE
(from 52 upwards)
If it doesn't reach the outer corner and falls within the eye, a large size, from 52 upwards, is ideal.
How to tell if your glasses are the right size
When you wear the perfect glasses, you feel it: they're comfortable and enhance your appearance to the fullest. However, if you're not entirely sure about the size, here are some helpful tips.
If your glasses slip, something is wrong. They're probably too big. With the correct size, the frame fits and stays firm on your nose without pinching. The temples should be neither too tight on your temples nor too wide.
Put on your glasses and look in the mirror: your pupils should be horizontally aligned with the center of the lenses.
If your glasses move easily when you smile and press against your cheeks, you might need a different size that better flatters your face.
Regarding eyebrows: personal style is important here. While many recommend that the frame stay below the eyebrow arch, we've noticed that some people prefer glasses that cover them, especially if they are oversized models with very distinctive or sun-protective profiles. The decision is yours!
